文章认为我国与丝绸之路经济带沿线国家金融合作的进展体现在政府间金融议事机制逐步建立、区域金融合作交流平台日益增多、双边货币互换和本币结算规模不断扩大、区域金融机构合作关系更加密切、债券市场开放程度日益提高几个方面,分析了我国与丝路经济带沿线国家金融合作的制约因素在于:各国经济金融发展水平参差不齐、金融合作的信息交流和监管体制不健全、区域金融合作的业务集中度高、层次低、区域内金融生态环境亟待改善,在总结借鉴欧洲货币一体化多边制衡模式、东南亚地区设立债券基金引领模式、金砖国家银行间多边合作模式、国际金融合作模式的经验基础上,提出了我国与丝绸之路经济带沿线国家金融合作应选择国际合作组织多管齐下模式,以及建立健全金融合作协调机制、深化金融合作层次、培育发展多层次金融市场的政策建议。

The financial ecological environment in the region needs to be improved urgently. After drawing lessons from the multi-lateral balance and balance of European Monetary System, the establishment of bond funds in Southeast Asia, the multilateral cooperation among BRICS countries, the international financial cooperation Based on the experience of our country and the Silk Road Economic Belt, we put forward that we should choose a multi-pronged model of the international cooperation organization along with the national financial cooperation along the Silk Road Economic Belt.
