本文用正交试验方法选择血样的水解条件。在样品中加入浓HCl。溶液HCl浓度为1.0mol/L。水解45分钟,中和后萃取TNT及两种代谢产物4A和2A。该条件为最佳水解条件。萃取剂为乙醚,提取比为1:1,溶液PH=8。振荡萃取2分钟,萃取率90.4~99.0%,平均94.6%。用HPLC法使用5μm反相C_(18)离于对色谱柱,甲醇/水系统,分离TNT、4A和2A分离效果良好。本方法已用于133名接触TNT工人和18名非接触工人血样测定,能满足现场测定需要。
