瓯柑是浙江省温州市特有的地方传统品种,已有上千年的栽培历史。瓯柑除了营养价值高和药疗功效显著外,其耐贮性也远远高出其他柑橘类品种。根据对温州市柑橘类品种贮藏性能初步测定,常温下农家贮藏温州蜜柑期限可至翌年2月份,椪柑和雪柑可贮至次年4月份,而瓯柑贮藏期限可延长到次年7月份,贮藏时间过达到250余天,这种优良的耐贮性在柑橘类品种中真是罕见。温州市果农在瓯柑的生产实践中积累了丰富的实用经验,这套技术很适用于缺乏大型专业水果贮藏库的瓯柑产区。现将温州市瓯柑农家贮藏技术总结如下。
