铜锣山隧道属于重庆市轨鼓通6号线的二期工程,双线隧道,单洞全长5630m,其中地质条件复杂,穿越煤层、瓦斯、岩溶发育带、石膏岩、断层带和都市生活密集区,地质有软有硬,传统单一的TBM掘进机不能满足施工要求,为此从美国罗宾斯公司引进了复合式TBM。复合式TBM整合了硬岩掘进机与盾构机的优点,适应地层更加广泛。在铜锣山隧道施工过程中,复合式TBM配件材料达2000多种,如何进行设备配件及材料的成本控制,是一项全过程高效配合、有计划的工作。

How to control the cost of equipment parts and materials is a highly efficient and planned work in the whole process.
