半自动CO_2气体保护焊,具有焊接质量好、效率高、成本低、无渣、明弧、易掌握、能全位置焊接、易于实现自动化等优点。国外一些先进工业国家,已广泛应用于生产,日本仅1971年就生产半自动CO_2焊机10520台。我国从七十年代大力推广CO_2气体保护焊以来,目前已在汽车制造及造船等部门得到应用。但总的看来,应用还不普遍,焊机数量也不多。本文从节能和提高效率的角度,定量地分析了CO_2气体保护焊和手工电弧焊的技术经济效果,以利于该项工艺的进一步推广。
Semi-automatic CO_2 gas shielded welding, with good welding quality, high efficiency, low cost, no slag, bright arc, easy to grasp, all-position welding, easy to automate and so on. Some foreign advanced industrial countries, has been widely used in production, Japan only 1971 on the production of semi-automatic CO_2 welder 10,520 Taiwan. Since the seventies of our country to promote CO 2 gas shielded welding has been in the automotive manufacturing and shipbuilding and other departments have been applied. But in general, the application is not common, the number of welders is not much. In this paper, the technical and economic effects of CO 2 gas shielded arc welding and manual arc welding are quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of energy saving and efficiency improvement in order to facilitate the further promotion of the process.
