1.在校验喷油器时,常发现少数喷油器压力过低,甚至无压力,喷油雾化不良,滴油严重。拆检时发现其原因是喷油器顶杆磨损严重,当顶杆窝孔磨深后,顶杆就顶不到针阀,即使把调整螺钉拧到底,喷油压力也不会升高。对此,我们在修复实践中找到了就地取材的好办法。将旧针阀上端夹在台钳上,用手锤击断,磨去多余部分,取长度2~3毫米,平面向下装进顶杆窝孔中,然后再拧进调整螺钉,把喷油压力调整到标准值就足够了。即使是下一次再校验喷油器时丢失也无妨,还可采取上述同样的办法进行修复。
