[目的]优化超临界CO_2法萃取紫苏籽油的条件,并分析紫苏籽油的化学成分。[方法]采用单因素和正交试验法优化萃取时间、萃取温度和萃取压强,用GC-MS分析紫苏籽油的化学成分组成。[结果]通过单因素和正交试验结果分析得到,最优紫苏籽油萃取条件为:萃取时间4h,萃取温度40℃,萃取压强23 MPa,在此条件下的得油率为12.43%。用GC-MS分析紫苏籽油化学成分,结果表明α-亚麻酸的含量达到76.183%。[结论]在试验所得条件下,可获得高质量和高纯度的紫苏籽油。
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the conditions for the extraction of perilla seed oil by supercritical CO_2 and analyze the chemical constituents of perilla seed oil. [Method] The extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction pressure were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The chemical composition of perilla seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. [Result] The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for perilla seed oil were as follows: extraction time 4 h, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction pressure 23 MPa, under this condition the yield was 12.43%. The chemical composition of perilla seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the content of α-linolenic acid reached 76.183%. [Conclusion] Perilla seed oil with high quality and high purity was obtained under the experimental conditions.
