目的 寻找特异性、敏感性较高 ,且价廉和制备简易的血吸虫病诊断抗原。方法 用酶链免疫吸附实验(ELISA)比较 4种抗原检测 5 8例慢性血吸虫病人的阳性率及 41例正常人血清和 10 4例其它寄生虫病人的阴性率。结果 SEA、SjMAg、rSj32和KLH 4种抗原的敏感性分别为 94 8%、 98 3%、 93 1%和 96 6 % ,特异性分别为 95 2 %、 97 9%、97 2 %和 99 3 %。 4种抗原之间敏感性和特异性的差异均无显著性 (Se :χ2 =2 0 9,Sp :χ2 =5 19,均P >0 0 5 )。结论 Sj MAg、KLH和rSj32具有与SEA相似的诊断价值 ,可替代SEA用于诊断血吸虫病人和现场调查
Objective To search for the diagnostic antigen of schistosomiasis with specificity, high sensitivity, low cost and easy preparation. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to compare the positive rates of the four antigens in detecting 58 chronic schistosomiasis patients and the negative rates of 41 normal human serum samples and 104 other parasite samples. Results The sensitivities of SEA, SjMAg, rSj32 and KLH antigens were 94.8%, 98.3%, 93.1% and 96.6%, respectively, and their specificity were 95.2%, 97.9%, 97.2% and 99.3% %. The sensitivity and specificity of the four antigens were not significantly different (Se: χ2 = 209, Sp: χ2 = 519, all P> 0.05). Conclusions Sj MAg, KLH and rSj32 have similar diagnostic value as SEA, which can replace SEA for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis patients and field investigation
