由于N-异丙基-P-(~(123)I)苯丙胺(~(123)I-IMP)首次通过鼠脑的萃取率高以及~(123)I 物理特性有利于脑显像(T1/2=13小时,光子能量159KeV),所以~(123)I-IMP 已被用于相对脑血流灌注量的显像。材料和方法:1983年12月至1984年3月,Kanaza-wa 大学医院研究了20例卒中病人,其中女9例、男11例,年龄12~76岁。所有病例均为血管造影证实。10例大脑动脉瘤伴血管痉挛,2例颈内动脉(IC)闭塞,1例IC 狭窄,3例大脑中动脉闭塞,1例烟雾病(Moya-moya 病),1例可逆性缺血性神经缺陷(RIND),1例
Because of the high extraction rate and the physical properties of ~ (123) I at the first time through the brain of N-isopropyl-P- (~ (123) I) ~ (123) I-IMP, 2 = 13 hours, photon energy 159KeV), so ~ (123) I-IMP has been used for relative cerebral perfusion volume imaging. Materials and Methods: From December 1983 to March 1984, Kanaza-wa University Hospital studied 20 stroke patients, including 9 males and 11 females, aged 12-76 years. All cases were confirmed by angiography. 10 cases of cerebral aneurysm with vasospasm, 2 cases of internal carotid artery occlusion, 1 case of IC stenosis, 3 cases of middle cerebral artery occlusion, 1 case of moyamoya disease, 1 case of reversible ischemic nerve Defects (RIND), 1 case
