为考察国产氟康唑注射液治疗深部真菌感染的有效性和安全性，以咪康唑注射液为对照，共治疗患者１２８例，其中随机对照组７１例，开放试验组５７例。氟康唑２００～４００ｍｇ每日一次，咪康唑每次３００～６００ｍｇ每日两次，静滴给药，疗程２～６周。结果表明，随机试验组与对照组的痊愈率、有效率和细菌清除率分别为７３．６８％与５１．５２％、９２．１１％与７５．５６％和８６．８４％与６３．６４％，两组临床疗效和细菌学疗效比较均有统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。开放组痊愈率、有效率和细菌清除率分别为５７．８９％、８７．７２％和６６．１０％。三组不良反应发生率分别为１０．５３％、２７．２７％和１２．２８％，随机对照两组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。不良反应多呈轻度，患者均可耐受。本文提示，国产氟康唑注射液治疗深部真菌感染安全、有效
In order to investigate the efficacy and safety of domestic fluconazole injection in the treatment of deep fungal infection, miconazole injection was used as a control, a total of 128 patients were treated, including 71 cases of randomized control group and 57 cases of open test group. Fluconazole 200 ~ 400mg once daily, miconazole 300 ~ 600mg twice daily, intravenous infusion, treatment of 2 to 6 weeks. The results showed that the cure rate, effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the randomized and control groups were 73.68% and 51.52%, 92.11% and 75.56%, 86.84% and 63.64% respectively, There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy and bacteriological efficacy (P <0.05). The cure rate, effective rate and bacterial clearance of the open group were 57.89%, 87.72% and 66.10% respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were 10.53%, 27.27% and 12.28% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two randomized controlled groups (P> 0.05). Adverse reactions were mostly mild, patients can tolerate. This article suggests that domestic fluconazole injection for the treatment of deep fungal infection is safe and effective
