调查显示,高中生挫折感产生的主要原因来自于学业压力和人际交往问题。在体育教学中遭受挫折后主要表现为逃避体育课的教学内容、对同学和老师表现出不满的态度、失去对体育课的兴趣等。针对学生所表现出来的以上问题,采取了提高学生对挫折认知的水平、引导学生在挫折中接受教育、结合生活实际进行挫折模拟以及疏导和转移挫折的消极影响的实施过程。从中发现,体育教学要充分考虑高中生的心理特点,了解其承受能力。抗挫能力的培养不是孤立的,应与自信心、创新精神、竞争意识的培养相结合,培养学生良好的心理品质。
The survey shows that the main cause of frustration in high school students comes from academic pressure and interpersonal issues. After frustration in physical education teaching, it mainly manifested itself in evading the teaching content of physical education classes, showing dissatisfaction with classmates and teachers, and losing interest in physical education classes. Based on the students’ above-mentioned problems, the implementation process of improving the students’ level of understanding of frustration, guiding students to receive education in frustration, combining frustration simulation with life conditions, and channeling and transferring negative effects of frustration has been implemented. It is found out that physical education should fully consider the psychological characteristics of high school students and understand their ability to bear. The cultivation of the ability to resist frustration is not isolated, and should be combined with the cultivation of self-confidence, innovative spirit, and competitive awareness to cultivate students’ good psychological qualities.
