本文运用结构动态修改方法对流体动力系统的消振进行研究。基本原理是利用流体消振网络的反共振特性来抑制流体动力系统频率响应函数的共振峰。文中计算并实验了消振网络的阻抗特性,其中主要是反共振特性。计算方法采用了流体网络理论,分析频率范围达。1.5kHz,另外根据流体网络传输的方程计算了典型流体动力系统(单直管加负载系统)的频率响应函数,分析了因加消振网络后该频响函数的被修改情况,即消振效果。最后对这一实际系统做了针对性实验。
In this paper, the structural dynamic modification method is used to study the anti-vibration of the fluid dynamic system. The basic principle is to use the anti-resonance characteristics of the fluid damping network to suppress the resonance peak of the frequency response function of the fluid dynamic system. In this paper, the impedance characteristics of the anti-vibration network are calculated and experimentally studied, of which anti-resonance characteristics are the main ones. The calculation method uses the fluid network theory, analysis of the frequency range of up to. 1.5kHz. In addition, the frequency response function of typical hydrodynamic system (single tube plus load system) is calculated according to the equation of fluid network transmission. The modified case of the frequency response function after adding the network is analyzed. . Finally, this actual system made a targeted experiment.
