新课改实施以来,学校普遍重视教师的继续教育,但民族地区教师的学习状况令人担忧。研究表明:目前黔南民族地区中学教师存在自修学习时间少、学习动力不足、学校用于教师学习的经费投入不足、教师学习评价机制不合理等诸多问题。因此,应该牢固树立以人为本的观念,提高教师的学习意识;发挥校长示范引领和组织领导作用,努力营造有利于学习的“气场”;调动教师学习内需,使学习成为生活习惯和生活方式;建立教师学习引领和知识共享机制;做好教师学习研修制度的顶层设计,为教师专业发展提供正能量,最终实现教师专业发展。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, schools generally attach importance to the continuing education of teachers, but the learning situation of teachers in minority areas is worrying. The research shows that there are many problems such as lack of self-study time, lack of motivation in learning, insufficient funds for teachers’ study in schools and unreasonable evaluation mechanism for teachers in Qiannan ethnic minority area. Therefore, we should firmly establish the concept of people-oriented and enhance the teachers’ sense of learning; play the role of the president in demonstrating and leading the organization, and strive to create a “gas field” conducive to learning; mobilize teachers to learn domestic demand and make learning a lifestyle and lifestyle ; To establish a teacher learning lead and knowledge sharing mechanism; to do well the top-level design of teacher study and training system, to provide positive energy for teachers’ professional development and finally to achieve the professional development of teachers.
