The human body and the environment of the lungs for gas exchange, is the only important organ in direct contact with the outside world, about 1 million liters of air per day into the body’s respiratory system. The delicate lungs inhale oxygen and circulate in the body to nourish each cell. At the same time, it helps to discharge carbon dioxide and waste to purify each cell. With the worsening air pollution, floating particles, sulfur dioxide, carbon oxides, formaldehyde and indoor allergens (house dust mites, etc.) inhale the lungs with breathing, easily damage the airways and alveoli, induce asthma attacks and seriously affect lung function. A large number of studies have shown that protecting the lungs can reduce the incidence of bronchitis, asthma and multiple organ failure in the elderly. However, the efficacy of food on lung-protecting and people’s longevity can not be underestimated. In recent years, it has drawn people’s attention.
