目的提高某院病案回收率和回收质量。方法采用PDCA管理循环的方法于2014年1月-2015年12月在制度、管理、流程、人员及技术等多个方面改进病案回收管理,实现病案回收工作的持续改进。结果自2015年患者出院7天回收率稳定在99%左右,3天及2天回收率也分别达90%和80%以上。2015年实施PDCA管理循环后患者出院7天、3天及2天病案回收率均较2014年有显著的提高(P<0.05),达到了预期的效果。结论 PDCA质量管理使制度得到了完善,管理得到了加强,流程得到了改善,人员得到了明确,信息化技术得到了提高,而且也提高了病案回收率和回收质量。
Objective To improve the recovery rate of a hospital case and the quality of recovery. Methods The method of PDCA management cycle was used to improve the recovery management of medical records in aspects of system, management, process, personnel and technology from January 2014 to December 2015, and to achieve continuous improvement of medical records recovery. Results The recovery rate of patients was stable at 99% after 7 days of discharge from 2015, and the recoveries of 3 days and 2 days reached 90% and 80% respectively. The recovery rates of patients at 7 days, 3 days and 2 days after implementing the PDCA management cycle in 2015 were significantly higher than those in 2014 (P <0.05), and the expected results were achieved. Conclusion The PDCA quality management system has been improved, management has been strengthened, the process has been improved, staff have been clear, information technology has been improved, but also improve the medical record recovery and quality of recovery.
