目的:利用Freesurfer软件进行脑部皮质分区和分析,对弱视患者的视皮质区域进行分割测量。方法:应用西门子3.0T磁共振成像系统,采用MPRAGE序列采集三维解剖数据,应用Freesurfer软件进行皮层数据处理。比较8例屈光参差性弱视组和15例正常对照组皮质改变。结果:弱视患者弱视患者枕叶视皮层厚度降低。讨论:屈光参差性弱视患者视觉通路形态学改变与弱视的发生形成密切相关。Freesurfer可作为无创检查皮质厚度有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To segment and analyze the cerebral cortex using Freesurfer software to measure the visual cortex area of amblyopia patients. Methods: Using Siemens 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging system, three-dimensional anatomical data were acquired by MPRAGE sequence and processed by cortex data with Freesurfer software. 8 cases of anisometropic amblyopia group and 15 cases of normal control group cortical changes. Results: The amblyopia patients with amblyopia decreased occipital visual cortex thickness. Discussion: anisometropic amblyopia visual pathological changes in patients with the formation of amblyopia is closely related. Freesurfer can be used as a noninvasive method to check the thickness of the cortex.
