目的:观察比塔派克斯(Vitapex)糊剂作为治疗乳牙瘘道型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择乳牙瘘道型慢性根尖周炎患儿57例89颗牙,应用比塔派克斯糊剂进行根管治疗,6～12个月后复查,对其疗效进行评价。结果:随访6个月,成功率为94.1%;随访12个月,成功率为91.3%。结论:比塔派克斯糊剂具有良好的抗菌性和抑菌性,能被组织吸收,且操作方便,用于乳牙瘘道型慢性根尖周炎治疗疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Vitapex paste as chronic apical periodontitis on deciduous teeth fistula. Methods: A total of 89 teeth of 57 children with chronic periapical periodontitis with deciduous teeth fistula were selected. The patients were treated with topiraxipas paste for root canal treatment and were reviewed after 6 to 12 months. The curative effect was evaluated. Results: After a follow-up of 6 months, the success rate was 94.1%. After a follow-up of 12 months, the success rate was 91.3%. CONCLUSION: Bispacx paste has good antibacterial and antibacterial properties, can be absorbed by tissues, and is easy to operate. It is satisfactory for the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis with deciduous teeth fistula.
