输水管线的安全运行是泵站供水安全的重要组成部分,是供水高效率、高质量运转的保证。通过对管线故障监测技术和地理信息系统的探讨,阐述了东水西调管线故障诊断监测及信息管理系统建立的必要性及其系统结构分析。管线故障诊断监测系统能够有效判断可能发生的故障部位,预报信息等;管道信息管理系统基于GIS的地下管线安全管理的需求分析,来完成信息获取与输入、数据存储与管理、数据转化与分析以及成果生成与输出。
