针对滨425区块油井结垢问题,分析了作业井数据、油井垢样和油井产出液油水乳化状态,并开展了结垢影响因素和高矿化度水垢晶生长及成垢速度等实验研究,得出了滨425区块低含水油井及地层的结垢机理:地层压力下降,导致CO2分压逐渐降低,从而产生碳酸盐垢。根据结垢机理提出了井下挤注防垢剂技术作为防治措施,进行了配伍性、静态防垢率、最低有效防垢浓度及动态吸附-解吸等试验研究。实验结果表明,优选的防垢剂防垢率达到90%以上,最低有效浓度20mg/L,且吸附解吸性能较好。
In view of the scaling of Bin 425 block, the data of well, scale of oil well and oil-water emulsion state of oil well are analyzed, and the influencing factors of scaling and the growth of scale-forming crystal with high salinity are studied , We got the scaling mechanism of low water cut oil wells and strata in Bin 425 block: the pressure of formation decreased, which led to the gradual decrease of CO2 partial pressure, resulting in carbonate scale. Based on the scaling mechanism, a downhole antifouling agent technology was proposed as a control measure. Compatibility tests, static anti-scaling rate, minimum effective anti-scaling concentration and dynamic adsorption-desorption experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the preferred anti-scaling agent anti-scaling rate of 90% or more, the minimum effective concentration of 20mg / L, and better adsorption and desorption properties.
