对比分析急性有机磷农药中毒的复方解磷注射液治疗与传统的阿托品加解磷定对照。结果显示治疗组治愈率100％，24小时内症状缓解，1～5天血胆碱酯酶恢复正常；对照组治俞率80％，3～7天后症状开始缓解，10～20天血胆碱酯酶恢复正常。提示复方解磷注射液救治急性有机磷农药中毒疗效显著。
