从分析色散型光谱仪出射焦面上的光谱分布及其编码测量入手,提出了仪器转移矩阵T.它描述了仪器特性,矩阵中的元素取决于仪器函数和狭缝在出射焦面上的位置.并给出了编码板沿色散方向的位置误差与矩阵T的元素之间的普遍关系式和矩阵T的构造方法.通过分析不同位置误差引起的矩阵T的变化,讨论了码板位置误差对测量结果的影响,还给出了计算机模拟的结果.
Starting with the analysis of the spectral distribution on the exit surface of a dispersive spectrometer and its coding measurements, an instrument transfer matrix, T, is presented, which describes the properties of the instrument. The elements in the matrix depend on the instrument function and the position of the slit on the exit focal plane.
