教师是教学的设计者、组织者、引导者、评价者。通过长白山教学名师培训班统一研修书籍《自主学习—学与教的原理和策略》中,让我深刻的认识到教学应遵循学生的认知规律。《新课程标准》中提出:发展学生自主学习能力,正确引导学生养成积极、主动、自觉地学习英语的良好习惯。
Teachers are teaching designers, organizers, guides, evaluators. Through the training course of Changbai Mountain Master Teachers, the book “Self-learning-Principles and Tactics of Learning and Teaching” made me realize that teaching should follow students’ cognition rules. “New Curriculum Standards” put forward: the development of self-learning ability of students, and correctly guide students to develop positive, active and consciously learn English good habits.
