针对冷轧机组升降速过程轧制压力波动较大的问题,充分考虑到冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在分析了冷轧机组轧制速度与轧制压力关系及其影响因素的基础上,提出一套冷轧机组升降速过程轧制压力变化模型,定量分析了不同轧制工艺和润滑工艺等条件下轧制压力随着轧制速度的变化,并给出轧制压力波动的控制策略,最后将相关理论应用到生产实践,开发出了一套《冷轧机组升降速过程轧制压力变化模型预报软件》,实现了现场对升降速过程轧制压力变化的预报。
Aiming at the large fluctuation of rolling pressure during the ascending and descending speed of cold rolling mill, considering the characteristics of equipment and process of cold rolling mill, based on the analysis of the relationship between rolling speed and rolling pressure of cold rolling mill and its influencing factors, A set of rolling pressure variation model during the process of ascending and descending speed of cold rolling mill was proposed. The variation of rolling pressure with rolling speed was quantitatively analyzed under different rolling conditions and lubrication conditions. The control strategy of rolling pressure fluctuation was given. Finally, the relevant theory is applied to the production practice, and a set of “forecasting software of rolling pressure change prediction during the process of ascending and descending speed of cold rolling mill unit” has been developed, which realizes the forecast of the rolling pressure change during the ascending and descending process.
