一、前言为满足大型工件加工的要求,我厂在原标准型号的产品C5263型立式车床的基础上,设计和生产了C5263/2型立式车床,以满足直径为6.8米,高5米,重150吨的大型工件加工要求。而原型号只能加工重80吨的工件,现需改为150吨,因此,关键问题是提高立车工作台导轨的承载能力。原型号采用的动压导轨在这样低速重载时是难于形成油膜的。为此,我们两单位共同协作,研究比较了采用恒流静压导轨与有节流器的限压式静压导轨的优缺点,以及C5263/2由于工件重引起变形的影响,决定采用恒流静压导轨,其供油系统原理如图2;并以用40~#机械油、50℃、工件为150吨时油膜厚度选为

Preface To meet the requirements of large-scale workpiece processing, our factory designs and produces C5263 / 2 vertical lathe on the basis of the original standard model C5253 vertical lathe to meet the requirements of diameter of 6.8m, height of 5m, Heavy 150 tons of large workpiece processing requirements.
