花生米脱皮在食品加工业中,是一个重要的工艺步骤,脱皮率的高低,直接影响花生食品的品质。目前国内普遍使用的YZX-15型花生脱皮机,常因操作工艺不合理,导致脱皮率降低、破碎率上升,严重影响花生食品的质量和产量,如何利用该机提高脱皮率,对这个课题,我们进行了多年的研究试验,研究出一种新工艺,彻底解决了花生米脱皮率不高的问题,使脱皮率达100％。
