目的明确某安全气囊产气药剂生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出防护对策,以减少职业病的发生。方法采用检查表法、类比法相结合的原则对某安全气囊产生药剂生产企业进行分析评价。结果类比企业固体称量配料工、混合机操作工、压片机操作工、整粒机操作工、片剂抽粉工及清扫工人接触粉尘8 h时间加权平均浓度均低于50%接触限值;固体称量配料工、混合机操作工、压片机操作工、整粒机操作工、片剂抽粉工、空压机巡检工和灌装机操作工接触噪声8 h等效连续A声级均低于接触限值。预计本项目操作工接触粉尘浓度低于50%接触限值;接触噪声8 h等效连续A声级均低于接触限值。结论该项目属于专用化学产品制造,为职业病危害严重的建设项目。
Objective To clarify the possible occupational hazards that may arise during the production of an airbag agent for aerosols, analyze their harmfulness and their impact on the health of workers, and propose protective measures to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods Using the combination of checklist method and analogy method, an airbag manufacturer was analyzed and evaluated. Results Similar to the solid content of solid ingredients batcher, mixer operator, tablet press operator, the whole machine operator, tablet powder cleaners and dust exposure time of 8 h time-weighted average concentrations are less than 50% exposure limit ; Solid Weighing ingredients workers, mixer operators, tablet press operators, granulator operators, tablet pulverizers, air compressor inspectors and filling machine operator contact noise 8 h equivalent continuous A Sound levels are below the exposure limit. It is estimated that the contact dust concentration of operators in this project is lower than the exposure limit of 50%; the equivalent continuous A sound level of 8 h exposure noise is lower than the exposure limit. Conclusion This project belongs to the manufacture of special chemical products and is a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases.
