目的 观察低分子量肝素(LMWH) 对阿霉素(soxorubicim)肾病大鼠的抗凝作用。方法 采用阿霉素复制肾病综合征模型大鼠,并随机分为4 组,以0-9% NaCl 注射液为对照组,以不同剂量的低分子量肝素为观察组Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ。结果 观察各组的凝血因子Ⅹ、凝血因子Ⅱ的活性明显低于对照组( P<0-05) ,观察组Ⅲ与观察组Ⅰ比较差异也有显著性(P<0-05),观察各组的肝素辅因子Ⅰ明显低于对照组( P< 0-05) ;观察各组的蛋白S明显高于对照组( P< 0-05)。结论 低分子量肝素能改善肾病综合征的高凝状态,且抗凝作用与剂量成正相关。
Objective To observe the anticoagulant effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on rats with soxorubicim nephropathy. Methods Adriamycin-induced nephrotic syndrome model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. 0-9% NaCl injection was used as the control group, and different doses of low molecular weight heparin were used as the observation group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ. Results The activity of coagulation factor Ⅹ and coagulation factor Ⅱ in each group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0-05). There was also significant difference between observation group Ⅲ and observation group Ⅰ (P <0-05) Of heparin cofactor Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0-05). The protein S in each group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0-05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can improve the hypercoagulability of nephrotic syndrome, and the anticoagulant effect is positively correlated with the dosage.
