一、西宁市区自然特点西宁市深居我国大陆腹地,位于湟水河畔与南北川河交汇处,依山傍水,山岳环绕形成了天然屏障。西宁年平均气温5.7℃,元月份平均气温-8.6℃,7月份平均17.2℃,历年极端最高气温32.4℃、极端最低气温-21.4℃。年降雨量371.2毫米,蒸发量为1762.0毫米,年平均相对湿度57.0％。每年的2—4月份常有大风,使尘土飞扬,一时弥漫高原古城。
