针对加氢装置新氢往复式压缩机级间压力过低的情况,分析了各级进出口压力及温度变化,并通过检查气阀的完好性,逐步排除诱因。进一步拆卸活塞发现活塞环出现磨损及抱死的问题,本文深入的研究了活塞环产生此种现象的机理,提出了相应的改进措施,对检修完毕投入运行的机组跟踪研究发现运行平稳。
Aiming at the situation that the pressure of the new hydrogen reciprocating compressor in the hydrogenation unit is too low, the pressure and temperature change at the inlet and outlet of each level are analyzed. The causes of the valve are ruled out by checking the integrity of the valve. Further disassembly of the piston reveals the problem of wear and lockout of the piston ring. In this paper, the mechanism of the piston ring to produce such a phenomenon is studied in depth, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. It is found that the running of the unit is stable after the maintenance is completed and put into operation.
