精锡属于国家标准GB728-65中的特一号锡。发射光谱法可分析As、Bi、Cu、Fe、Pb、Sb六个杂质元素。过去,均采用两种光源条件才能完成。我们根据锡熔点(231.91℃)低的特性,经实验提出锡-碳对电极、断续、大电流、脉冲交流电弧同一光源条件的新方法,仍按砷(As、Sb)、铋(Bi、Cu、Fe、Pb)两组分别摄谱。本法特点是再现性好,灵敏度高,操作简便、快速、节省。 (一)仪器和材料 1.摄谱仪:中等色散率,光谱工作波段2000—5000埃,三透镜照明系统。 2.映谱仪和测微光度计。 3.断续器:断续比1:1;两秒一个周期。
Fine tin belongs to the national standard GB728-65 special one tin. Emission spectroscopy analysis of As, Bi, Cu, Fe, Pb, Sb six impurity elements. In the past, both light conditions were used to accomplish this. According to the low melting point of tin (231.91 ℃), we proposed a new method for the same light source of tin-carbon counter-electrode, intermittent, high current and pulse AC arc according to the low melting point of tin (231.91 ℃) Cu, Fe, Pb) were photographed. The law is characterized by good reproducibility, high sensitivity, easy to operate, fast, save. (A) Instruments and Materials 1. Spectrometer: Medium dispersion rate, spectral band 2000-5000 Å, three-lens lighting system. 2. Spectrometer and micrometer. Intermittent: intermittent than 1: 1; two seconds a cycle.
