全文就调强放疗(IMRT)的过程及目前国际上最新实用的计划设计技巧进行探讨。与常规和适形放疗射野设计不同,IMRT主要体现在计划设计过程中,首先IMRT一般采用逆向方式优化,其次需要先定义目标函数和射野参数后使剂量三维层面上成预定剂量分布以便符合临床要求,选择射野方向和子野排序的原则也不同。IMRT的计划设计技巧还在摸索中发展中,主要的发展之一是确定照射子野序列的方法由两步法向一步法过渡,反复调试目标函数和约束条件等各种优化方式使三维剂量分布更加符合临床要求。
