为给小黑麦在盐胁迫下的耐盐生理研究及其耐盐育种提供基本的参考依据,以4个春性小黑麦品种为材料,利用模拟盐胁迫方法,研究了NaC1和Na2SO45个盐分水平(0、50、100、150和200mmol/L)条件下,胁迫对发芽和苗期指标的影响及抑制作用的大小。结果表明:不同种类和不同浓度的盐胁迫对小黑麦发芽率和幼苗形态有不同程度的影响。随着盐浓度的升高,小黑麦的发芽率和苗期指标均有所下降。盐胁迫对小黑麦苗期各指标影响由小到大依次为:根数、鲜重、地上干重、地下干重、发芽率、根长和苗高。NaC1胁迫下的各个指标的抑制指数Ⅱ略高于Na2SO4胁迫下的各个指标的抑制指数Ⅱ。NaC1对小黑麦幼苗的胁迫程度高于Na2SO4。试验结果将对盐渍化耕地小黑麦生产有重要的参考价值。
In order to provide a basic reference for triticale research on salt-tolerant physiology and its salt-tolerant breeding under salt stress, four spring triticale varieties were used as materials to study the effect of NaC1 and Na2SO45 salts (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mmol / L), the effect of stress on germination and seedling index and the inhibitory effect. The results showed that different types and concentrations of salt stress had different effects on the germination rate and seedling morphology of triticale. With the increase of salt concentration, the germination percentage and seedling index of triticale declined. The effects of salt stress on the indicators of seedling stage were as follows: root number, fresh weight, dry weight on the ground, underground dry weight, germination rate, root length and seedling height. The inhibition index II of each index under NaC1 stress was slightly higher than that of the inhibition index of each index under Na2SO4 stress. The stress of NaC1 to triticale was higher than that of Na2SO4. The test results will have important reference value for the production of triticale trituration.
