近两年来,中国钢铁工业协会多次号召会员单位学宝钢。但真正扎扎实实学宝钢,真刀真枪在操作的到底有多少企业呢?从数量上讲可能不少,但所占比例不会很高,普及率不够。原因在哪里呢?据了解主要是因为有些单位对学什么,怎么学问题上不很明确。有些中小企业的同志认为,宝钢经验好是好,但起点太高,我们之间的差异太大,不好学;也有些大中型企业的同志认为,我们之间虽然规模相似,但类型不同,宝钢是引进型的新企业,我们是靠自主创新
