以重要树种I-69杨插穗为材料,分别在含不同水平Ce(NO3)3的Hoagland溶液中培养,经过快速冷冻干燥,塑料真空渗透及包埋,用透射电镜能量分散型x射线微区分析法对Ce及Mg、P、S、K、Ca、Fe等元素在根尖成熟组织切片的表皮、皮层及中柱内薄壁细胞的细胞壁、细胞质、细胞核及液泡中的含量和分布进行了测定。表明Ce不但进入植物细胞,且在细胞核里有明显富集。Ce进入细胞的量和其施用的外界浓度并不完全是正比关系,在体内的分布也不是随机的。Ce对植物体内Mg、P、S、K、Fe的吸收都有不同程度的促进作用,特别是对P、S和K影响显著,不同浓度的Ce不仅影响根的发育,也会对离子的吸收、运转及分布产生不同的影响。Ce对ca的吸收抑制影响不是直接的。
