Objective To observe the sub-chronic cadmium poisoning of liver and kidney damage, and to explore the relationship between metallothionein (MT) and liver and kidney damage. Methods Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5mg / kg Cd2 + CdCl23 0.5 times / week for 10 weeks. Rats were sacrificed at different periods after exposure to observe the changes of liver and kidney function. Results After six weeks of exposure, the rats showed obvious liver and kidney damage. The ratios of the molar number of Cd: MT in the corresponding tissues were all over 7, and the Cd: MT value increased obviously with the increase of the total dose. Increase. Conclusion Liver and kidney are the target organs of subchronic cadmium poisoning. Non-MT bound cadmium may be the main component that damages the liver and kidney.
