新农村建设的关键在于新型农民的培育,而新型农民的培育关键在于农民的教育培训。虽然目前陕西的农民教育有了一定程度的发展,但也存在一定问题,需要从加大对农民教育培训的投入、建立一个健全的农民教育体系、注重对农民综合素质的培训、加强对农民市场理念的培养等几个方面加以改进。
