农业生产中有机磷农药的大量使用导致农产品中农药残留问题,对人类健康产生了严重的危害。因此,建立快速、灵敏的有机磷农药残留分析方法,具有重要的研究意义。近年来,电化学生物传感器因具有灵敏性高、选择性好、制备成本低、操作简单、携带方便、抗干扰性强等优点而被广泛用于农药残留分析,成为食品安全快速检测技术重要的发展方向之一。本文主要综述了目前国内外检测有机磷农药的电化学生物传感方法。简要介绍了生物传感器的概念、检测原理,重点讨论了电化学酶生物传感器(乙酰胆碱酯酶、丁酰胆碱酯酶、磷酸水解酶)及电化学免疫生物传感器在检测有机磷农药分析中的应用,并对各类传感器的检测原理、最新进展及存在的优、缺点进行了阐述,最后对电化学生物传感器存在问题的解决途径及未来发展方向进行了展望。
The large-scale use of organophosphorus pesticides in agricultural production has led to the problem of pesticide residues in agricultural products, which have caused serious harm to human health. Therefore, the establishment of fast and sensitive method for the analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues has important research significance. In recent years, electrochemical biosensors have been widely used in pesticide residue analysis because of their advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low preparation cost, simple operation, easy to carry, strong anti-interference, and become an important technology for rapid detection of food safety One of the development direction. This article reviews the current domestic and foreign detection of organophosphorus pesticides electrochemical biosensing methods. The concept and principle of biosensor are briefly introduced. The application of electrochemical biosensors (acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, phosphohydrolase) and electrochemical immunosensors in the analysis of organophosphorus pesticides , And the detection principle, the latest progress and the existing advantages and disadvantages of various sensors are expounded. Finally, the solutions to the existing problems of electrochemical biosensors and the future development are also forecasted.
