报道了以硅胶负载磷钨酸(H_3PW_(12)O_(40))/SG为催化剂,将苯甲醛和乙二醇反应合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛;探讨了H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SG对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了醇醛物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量对产物收率的影响。通过正交实验优选反应条件:在n(苯甲醛):n(乙二醇)=1:1.6,m(催化剂):m(反应物料总量)=0.5%,带水剂环己烷8mL,反应时间30min的优化条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达到74.9%。
Reported the synthesis of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetals by the reaction of benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol on silica gel supported phosphotungstic acid (H_3PW_ (12) O_ (40)) / SG. The effects of H_3PW_ (12) O_ / SG for the acetal reaction of the catalytic activity of a more systematic study of the aldol amount ratio, the amount of catalyst, reaction time, the amount of water-bearing agent on the yield of the product.
