稀土氧化物应用在陶瓷色料(釉上、釉下及色釉)上,能使色料的色彩更加丰富。如利用氧化镨可制镨黄色料;氧化铈可作为釉的强乳浊剂;氧化钐、氧化钇使高温釉下的钒黑色料呈色纯正、稳定等等。 为了充分利用我区丰富的稀土资源,以及提高陶瓷色料的质量和扩大产品的花色品种。本文研制了氧化钕的陶瓷色料,确定了氧化钕在陶瓷色料中呈丁香色的基本规律,找到了最佳成分范围。
Rare earth oxides used in ceramic pigment (glaze, underglaze and color glaze), can make the color pigment more rich. Such as the use of praseodymium praseodymium yellow system can be obtained; ceria can be used as a glaze strong opacifying agent; samarium oxide, yttrium oxide under high-temperature underglaze vanadium black pigment pure, stable and so on. In order to make full use of our region rich in rare earth resources, as well as improve the quality of ceramic pigment and expand product color varieties. In this paper, we developed a neodymium oxide ceramic pigment, determined the basic law of neodymium oxide in the ceramic pigment was clove color, to find the best composition range.
