采用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱法,研究了不同养殖条件下恩诺沙星在中华绒螯蟹体内的残留消除规律。试验结果表明,休药25 d后,各组试验蟹体内恩诺沙星的残留均低于日本规定的残留限量标准(10μg/kg),太湖开放型水域中试验蟹体内恩诺沙星的残留低于仪器的检测限;各组试验蟹体内恩诺沙星残留衰减消除速率总体表现为,室外开放水域中的消除速率快于室内条件;28℃条件下消除速率快于22℃;Ⅴ期幼蟹的衰减消除速率快于扣蟹。
Residue elimination of enrofloxacin in Eriocheir sinensis under different culture conditions was studied by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that residues of enrofloxacin in the test crabs were lower than the Japanese limit of residue (10μg / kg) 25 days after drug withdrawal, residues of enrofloxacin in the test crabs in the open waters of Taihu Lake Which was lower than the detection limit of the instrument. The elimination rate of enrofloxacin in test crabs in each group showed that the elimination rate of enrofloxacin was faster in outdoor open water than in indoor conditions; the elimination rate was faster than 22 ℃ at 28 ℃; Crab attenuation elimination rate faster than buckle crab.
