因子分析法是解决如何以最少的信息丢失,将众多原始变量浓缩成少数因子变量,使因子变量具有较强可解释性的一种多元统计分析方法。以2006年发生并购的上市公司为例,用因子分析法在公司并购财务绩效评价中的应用进行阐述,并通过该方法计算综合绩效得分F值,得出上市公司并购前后的绩效变化情况。
Factor analysis is a multivariate statistical analysis method that solves the problem of how to minimize the loss of information, condense many original variables into a few variables, and make the factor variables strongly interpretable. Taking the listed company which took place in 2006 as an example, this paper expounds the application of factor analysis in the financial performance evaluation of M & A, and calculates the F value of the comprehensive performance through this method to get the performance change of the listed company before and after M & A.
