实证研究方式,运用探索性因子分析构建了孵化器内新创企业间知识分享渠道的理论模型,并以结构方程模型AMOS 21进行修正。研究结果显示,加强孵化器与新创企业间的接触、加强新创企业核心人员间的接触、由孵化器牵头举办企业家培训及企业家沙龙、由孵化器组织建立新创企业成功及失败案例库、由新创企业经理明确知识分享的范围、创建新创企业间知识分享的文化氛围是现阶段提升孵化器内新创企业绩效的有效渠道。
Empirical research methods, using exploratory factor analysis to build a theoretical model of knowledge sharing channels among incubators in new venture, and to amend the structural equation model AMOS 21. The results show that the contact between incubators and start-ups is strengthened, the core personnel of start-ups are strengthened, entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial salon are led by incubators, and incubator organizations establish success and failure case bases of start-ups. Identifying the scope of knowledge sharing and creating a culture of knowledge sharing among new start-up companies is an effective channel for new start-up managers to enhance the performance of start-ups in their incubators.
