本文通过对联合国教科文组织援助龙门石窟保护修复工程的回顾,详细介绍了该工程立项的由来、目的和意义,重点阐述了该工程实施以来的基本进程、完成的主要工作任务以及最后取得的主要成果,并对三个实验洞窟所开展的调查研究、治理措施和效果进行了综合评价,总结了龙门石窟洞窟渗漏水治理的艰巨性和复杂性所表现的诸多方面。同时,结合该工程建立起来的监测体系,根据整个工程开展所采取的主要技术路线、所取得成果的应用效果,总结了工程设计的创新点及其存在的问题和不足。最后对工程的管理机制、取得的经验以及实施意义进行了总体评价和深度分析。
This paper introduces the origin, purpose and significance of the project construction protection project by reviewing UNESCO’s assistance to the Longmen Grottoes protection and restoration project. It mainly elaborates the basic process since the implementation of the project, the main tasks to be accomplished and the major achievements The author made a comprehensive evaluation on the investigation and research, the management measures and the effects of the three experimental caves, and summarized many aspects of the arduousness and complexity of the seepage water treatment in the Longmen Grottoes. At the same time, combined with the monitoring system established by the project, according to the main technical route taken by the whole project, the application effect of the achievements obtained, the innovation points of engineering design and its existing problems and shortcomings are summarized. Finally, the overall evaluation and in-depth analysis of the management mechanism, the experience gained and the significance of its implementation are given.
