目前在国内工程项目管理中,项目进度计划的制订、实施与纠偏主要依靠网络进度计划的动态控制,网络进度计划的动态控制为项目进度计划的跟踪与控制提供了有效技术支撑。通过建立一套浮时(Float Time)加权进度检测系统,将总浮时作为项目进度管理中的关键加权参量,这样可以在监测过程中为项目决策提供关键作业紧迫度的实时信息,有效解决以往进度/费用挣值跟踪模式无法很好地体现项目之间权重及资源偏差的问题,并且对于项目资源投入也是一个重要参考点,同时对于关键路径作业的控制也能做到准确定位。在某工程项目中对浮时计算法进行了探索应用,进度数据结果证明该方法在项目进度检测与控制中起到了良好的预测分析作用。
Currently in the domestic project management, the formulation, implementation and correction of the project schedule mainly rely on the dynamic control of the network schedule. The dynamic control of the network schedule provides effective technical support for the tracking and control of the project schedule. By setting up a Float Time Weighted Progress Detection System, the total float time is taken as the key weighted parameter in the project schedule management, which can provide real-time information of critical operation urgency for project decision-making during the monitoring process. The progress / cost earned value tracking model can not reflect the problem of weight and resource deviation between projects well, and is also an important reference point for project resource investment. At the same time, the control of critical path operations can also be accurately located. The floating-time calculation method is explored and applied in an engineering project. The progress data shows that this method has played a good role in predicting and analyzing the project schedule.
