针对全机结构强度静力试验采用TIDS进行应变数据智能采集过程中遇到的在试验现场如何快速和准确记录应变片编号和TIDS标识信息的对应关系的问题,开发了标识信息采集系统。该系统采用二维码进行应变片编号和TIDS的标识信息的记录和打印,使用嵌入式技术根据需要进行数据采集器软件的开发,并应用于现场应变片编号和TIDS标识信息的采集。将该系统应用于某型飞机全机静力试验中,解决了TIDS使用过程中遇到的瓶颈问题,降低了出错率,提高了工作效率,真正意义上实现了TIDS的应用价值,规范了TIDS应变测量流程,加快了应变测量的智能化进程。
In order to solve the problem of how to quickly and accurately record the corresponding relationship between the strain gauge number and TIDS identification information during the intelligent acquisition of strain data using TIDS for the static strength test of the whole structure, the identification information acquisition system was developed. The system uses two-dimensional code for strain gauges and TIDS identification information recording and printing, the use of embedded technology based on the need for data acquisition software development, and applied to the field of strain gauges and TIDS identification information collection. The system is applied to the whole aircraft static test of a certain type of aircraft to solve the bottleneck problem encountered in the use of TIDS, reduce the error rate and improve the work efficiency, realizes the application value of TIDS and standardizes TIDS Strain measurement process to speed up the intelligent measurement of strain.
