1994年梅雨季节从临安高虹引种雷竹4620株，次年补苗830株，成活率81．8％，1994～1995年2年平均每竹发笋近1只，1995年发的新竹已达母竹的粗度，引种获初步成功。
In 1994, during the rainy season, 4620 LeiBan were introduced from LinAn Gaohong. The following year, 830 plants were supplemented with a survival rate of 81.8%. In 1994 and 1995, the average number of bamboo shoots per bamboo was nearly 2 in 1994-2000. The thickness of bamboo, introduction was an initial success.
