Gear box bearing hole system size and geometry accuracy directly affect the transmission efficiency, noise and life, so testing hole shape processing after the formation of tolerance is an important part of the production. In order to adapt to the on-site testing of the workshop and meet the requirements of testing geometric quantity, we have developed a simple type mechatronic testing device. The mechanical part of the device consists of a fixed V-shaped iron and a detection shaft, the detection shaft is made of seamless steel pipe, an inductance sensor and an index plate are arranged on the shaft, and their conversion and amplification circuits are installed in the detection shaft tube.
