本文主要概述矿用牙轮钻头止推摩擦副的试验研究结果。着重研究了摩擦副配对类型对摩擦副抗咬合及抗咬合磨损性能的影响。在室内模拟试验的基础上,选制出新型的铁基铜基摩擦副。它们的抗咬合性能及抗咬合磨损性能均优于目前广为采用的钴基银基摩擦副。多次现场试验表明,铁基铜基摩擦副不仅可以在矿用牙轮钻头中代替锚基银基摩擦副,而且可使钻头寿命有一定的提高。同时,这种新型摩擦副符合国内资源,造价低廉,具有推广价值。
This article mainly summarizes the experimental research results of the friction roller couple of mine roller cone. The effect of pairing types of friction pair on the anti-seizure and anti-occlusal wear properties of friction pair was studied emphatically. Based on the indoor simulation test, a new iron-based copper-based friction pair is selected. Their anti-bite performance and anti-bite wear performance are better than the currently widely used cobalt-based silver-based friction pair. Several field tests show that the iron-based copper-based friction pair can not only replace the anchor-based silver-based friction pair in mining roller bits, but also improve the life of the drill bit. At the same time, this new type of friction line with domestic resources, low cost, with the promotion of value.
