岸边起重机门框联系梁与立柱外场对接（门框总拼）立焊缝采用传统手工焊接,效率低,质量不稳定。文中对岸边起重机门框联系梁和立柱外场总拼制作概况进行阐述,提出采用自动化立焊小车＋二氧化碳气体保护焊（FCAW）新工艺进行立焊缝焊接,并通过焊接试验对自动化小车立焊可行性进行研究。
