水电工程基建建设单位作为项目建设管理的主体,建设单位的财务管理作为其建设管理过程中的重要组成部分,是水电工程建设质量通过管理体系得到保障的基础,可以说水电工程基建单位没有良好的财务管理是无法建设成优质的水电基建工程。因此加强水电工程基建项目的财务管理,通过财务管理职能提高项目管理水平是本文研究的重点。文章提出了水电工程基建中常见的财务管理问题,并结合实际情况提出了优化水电工程基建财务管理的措施。
Infrastructure construction unit of hydropower project is the main body of project construction management. The financial management of construction unit is an important part of its construction management process. It is the foundation of hydropower project construction quality being guaranteed through the management system. It can be said that infrastructure unit of hydropower project is not good Financial management can not be built into high quality hydropower infrastructure projects. Therefore, strengthening the financial management of infrastructure projects of hydropower projects and improving the project management level through financial management functions are the focuses of this paper. The paper puts forward the common financial management problems in the infrastructure construction of hydropower projects and puts forward the measures to optimize the infrastructure financial management of the hydropower projects according to the actual conditions.
